Ten or eleven times a day me and my coworkers get a call on the work phones and it interrupts us from receiving important calls.Every time we answer to stop the calls nobody picks up and the line is silent.
None of us have a single loan through wachovia. We have called customer service directly for a stop for the third time in a row.
To no avail after being told it's being fixed.Our dealership is getting sick of the calls.
